Danny Extensive broad experience.


As director of Prosolve Consulting, Danny Crossman has extensive experience over the last 12 years helping people and organisations in a broad range of industries to resolve conflict, negotiate agreements, solve problems and introduce change. Danny has a background in education and human resources management in both the private and public sectors. Prior to establishing his consultancy Danny was Manager Employee Relations at ANZ Bank.

Since then Danny had successfully mediated resolution of hundreds of disputes, facilitated negotiation of many agreements and chaired and facilitated numerous panels, hearings, committees and groups. He has extensive training in conflict management and negotiation and is a prominent member of relevant mediation associations. Danny has a B.Sc. and a M.Ed.Studies from Monash University.
